With the expertise accumulated over decades, RTL is one of the largest suppliers of Forged & Turned Bearing Rings and gear blanks. RTL produces different types of rings under Ring Rolling based Modern Forging and Turning Facility. Forging facility is having high-speed automated Sakamura line and Conventional lines to produce rings as small as 40 mm to as large as 400 mm.

This large range of capability, equips RTL to provide one stop solution to all type of customer requirement whether it be different shape, size, type, weight and tolerance. RTL is currently supplying rings for all type of bearing like TRB, CRB, SRB, DGBB, Hub bearing and Double Cup – Railways bearing, machined to each customer specific dimensions.

RTL also supplies high precision machined Gear Blanks.
