Annealing & Normalizing

Annealing is critical part of manufacturing process as it directly impacts the microstructure of the part and hence the quality. Considering the criticality of the process, RTL with its technical expertise and long experience in the field, has developed in-house annealing/normalizing facility which is capable of handling large as well as small sized rings.

RTL annealing facility consists of bell type furnaces and Iso Thermal furnaces capable of carrying out Iso Thermal annealing, Spherodised annealing, Normalizing, Hardening and tempering as per the customer’s specification.

Annealing furnaces are equipped with online temperature monitoring and all parameter are monitored real time.
