Forging

RTL has conventional vertical forging lines which can process rings weighing from 500 gm to 30 Kg. Such wide range provides flexibility to manufacture any type of ring in size range from 65 to 400 mm dia for any type of bearing/ gear blank or similar product as per customer’s requirement. Larger conventional lines Wagner and Manyo are imported while other are indigenous. 

For catering to very large volume, small sized rings, Sakamura high speed hot former was imported from Japan. Sakamura can process rings in size range from 40 – 72 mm did and weighing from 250 gm – 750 gm.
