RTL believes in nurturing and taking care of environment and minimize impact of its operation on the environment. Hence, from the concept stage, the new facility at Pipaliya is developed with open space and green zones. In all its operation, at every stage conservation and waste minimisation is emphasised. Company is sourcing clean energy in form of Wind power and Solar power. 

RTL strives to provide safe and clean working environment to its employees and regular trainings are conducted to keep all aware about safety and proper working conditions. Safety is being made part of of RTL culture. Through various appreciation programs and awareness sessions, all employees realize that Safety First is part of carrying out the operations.
