Cold Rolling

Cold rolling is the operation in which without any scarp generation or heating, material is expanded by applying pressure. This result in high grain flow, lower wastage of material and achieving tight tolerance on final product.

RTL has imported Japanese make machines which can handle product ranging from 15-90 mm. It supplements rings made by automated Sakamura Line to get the dimension as per customer's requirement.
