Mr. Amrutlal Bharadia is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He is a renowned industrialist in the Rajkot region.

Mr. Amrutlal founded the Company in 1992 & has since grown the company from a humble forging unit to a large scale precision manufacturing company.

With over 28 years of experience in the forging industry, Mr Amrutlal Bharadia has created systems & processes from scratch with key focus across operations, financial management, business development & marketing.

He is an active member of the business community in Rajkot & has received numerous awards for his contribution to Rajkot & his various philanthropic activities

Mr. Rajesh Bharadia is the Joint Managing Director of the Company.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Rajesh was instrumental in taking the company to next level of growth and played pivotal role in development of new facility at Pipaliya.

He is engaged in overall management of RTL with a focus on new product development & engineering, research & development as well as process implementation.

He is also responsible for supply chain, quality control & customer management.

Shri Manoj Prakash Sanghvi is an MBA from the University of Illinois Business School. He has also completed the prestigious Director Development Program offered by Altus – Hunt Partners and Financial Analysis of Business offered by IIM, Ahmedabad

Presently, he is Business Head (Carbon Steel Line Pipes division) of Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Limited. He has established a strong and robust carbon steel pipe & coating division for Ratnamani from scratch. Apart from his divisional responsibilities, he is keenly involved in the Ratnamani’s overall strategy and business development.

Shri Prashant Jayanti Sanghvi is an alumnus of University of Greenwich, UK and acquired his Masters of Science – Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. He also did Project Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.

He is an active member of the organizations like, YPO-Gujarat Chapter, JITO (Ex-President), AMA Governing Council Member, JITO APEX etc

Presently, he is Business Head (L-SAW division) of Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Limited.

Shri Divyabhash C. Anjaria is an expert in the field of finance, he is an alumni of IIM – Ahemdabad batch 1968. He has handled diverse roles during his stint in Citi Bank and while at UTI, he headed the Institute of Capital Markets. In addition, he has advised Government of India, Government of Indonesia & SEBI on many fronts ranging from Mutual Funds, Derivatives to Commodity Markets.

He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Derivatives and Capital Markets Segments of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

He is presently an independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Limited.

Shri Vimal Katta is a Fellow Member of ICAI and Associate Member of ICSI having more than 36 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Corporate Laws, Taxation, etc. at senior management levels with large corporates in Textile and Engineering.

Presently he is working as Sr. Vice President (Finance and Accounts) & Chief Financial officer at Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Limited.

Shri Bhavesh M. Borania is expert in the field of Sales & Marketing. He is having extensive experience of 15 years in his family own business which manufactures Camshafts, Gears & other Auto Parts and supplying to major OEM across India. His major role in the Company is to generate new sales leads, by providing in-depth product knowledge to potential buyers. He is involved in Planning & New strategies for growth.

He is holding PG Diploma in Business Management from EDII, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
