Company is socially conscious organization driven by vision of Chairman to provide support and benefit to all section of society in whatever ways it can.

The Company is empowering women of weaker section from surrounding villages through training & employment. RTL currently employs more than 125 women employees which comprises of 15% of workforce.

The company had conducted and supported blood donation camps through employee participation and financial assistance.

Through "Ravi Education Trust” in the name of Late Director, many social activities are being done like providing financial support for education, medical & hostel facilities for girl students, assisting economically weak patients and building community halls.

Other than supporting directly, company regularly contributes towards government relief funds for disasters like pandemics, natural calamities etc.
