Tool Development

Tool design is critical aspect of forging process as it impacts shape, size and basic form of part. To cater to high quality standards, RTL has developed in-house tool design and development capability.

This provides RTL total control over the design and material consumption aspect. Accurate tool monitoring and using appropriate tooling helps in maintain quality to the desired levels and reduces rejection.

RTL is having experienced design team and CNC turning machine, Vertical Milling Machines, EDM Machine, Band Saw and grinders in its Tool shop.
